Join us on Sunday, 11th October 2026 at 12 noon for the FASN 5K Fun Run & Walk in Dundalk, a community fundraising event supporting the work of the Family Addiction Support Network (FASN).

Whether you’re a regular runner, taking on your first 5K, planning to walk with family or friends, or simply want to support a cause that matters, everyone is welcome to take part.

You don’t have to be a runner to take part. Runners, joggers and walkers of different abilities are all very welcome.

Free FASN Event T-Shirt

The first 100 people to register will receive a free FASN 5K event T-shirt, with sizes subject to availability.

Finisher’s Medal

Everyone who completes the 5K will receive a finisher’s medal, whether you run, jog or walk your way around the course.

Running for Resilience – Supporting Families Affected by Addiction

The FASN 5K is an important fundraiser for the Family Addiction Support Network.

Every person who registers and takes part helps us raise vital funds to continue supporting families affected by a loved one’s substance misuse.

For many families, living alongside addiction can bring worry, fear, uncertainty and isolation. FASN provides support to family members in their own right, helping people to understand the impact addiction is having on their lives, access support and find ways to move forward.

The 5K is also an opportunity to bring our wider community together — to run, walk, have some fun and show solidarity with families who may be going through incredibly difficult circumstances.

Every registration matters. Every kilometre counts. Every step makes a difference.
